ABOUT ME:

Welcome to main page for information about me, everyone! My name is Kimmie Baker; I'm have BS in criminal justice/forensics and minored in queer studies (class of 2024!); and I needed somewhere to put everything I do, hence... this. 

I'm not the greatest with social media or resumes, and I have done a lot outside of formal employment; so feel free to look around the pages here, which I have organized as best I can. This is a deeply-personal project, but I figured: I'll put it all out there. Might as well, right? 

All my photography should be organized by project and subject soon, but I don't think I'll be putting up my entire forensic photography portfolio. (There's no need to post my classmates, right?) 

I also have some information about my hobbies, like my art; my list projects; recipes, eventually; definitions, when I get around to it. See, I have ADHD, which I'm fairly open about, so everything operates on a bit of a rotating schedule as far as my interests are concerned. The labels are very good for that. If you're interested in some personal reflections, those will be up eventually. I also plan on writing about writing and writing about feminism (particularly queer feminism, since that is what I have studied for so long). 

As it stands, though, the bulk of the blog is meant to center around how all of these things intersect to form me-- who I am, how those things rest on my mind, and so on. I try to keep things organized, so if you're interested in a particular topic, please check out one of the relevant labels!
